HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 17, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent is revising the draft permit to incorporate additional
information from petitioner.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 19, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
