HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 10, 2009, the parties participated separately in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Petitioner submitted additional information to which
respondent is preparing a response. Respondent anticipates that a proposal will soon be
ready to submit to USEPA.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 31, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
