HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 10, 2009, the parties participated separately in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties continue to make progress on the proposed settlement
agreement, but are still negotiating several terms.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 31, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
