HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 9, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are working on a settlement agreement, and respondent’s
deadline to answer the complaint is stayed pending negotiations. Respondent’s attorney
will file his appearance this week.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
