HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 9, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney was unable to appear. The parties
continue to negotiate a penalty amount, but are not close to reaching an agreement.
Complainant requested, and respondent reportedly agreed to file its answer to the
complaint within 30 days. Accordingly, the answer to the complaint is due by March 9,
2009.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
