HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 9, 2009, complainant reported that the parties participated in a
telephone status conference with the hearing officer. The parties will schedule a meeting
to finalize language for the proposed stipulation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 11, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
