HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 4, 2009, the parties submitted an agreed and revised expert witness
discovery schedule. The discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. Each
party must complete its expert disclosures on or before March 13, 2009. Each party must
complete depositions of any expert witness named on or before April 17, 2009. Each
party must complete rebuttal expert witness disclosures on or before May 22, 2009. Each
party must complete depositions of any rebuttal expert witness named on or before June
26, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 26, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
