    Correct
    the
    Hearing
    Transcript.
    In
    support,
    Joliet
    states
    as follows:

    On
    January
    13,
    2009,
    a
    hearing
    was
    held
    in.this
    matter.
    The
    hearing
    transcript
    was
    posted
    on
    the
    Board’s
    website
    on January
    23,
    2009.
    2.
    Joliet’s
    witnesses
    completed
    their
    review
    of
    the
    hearing
    transcripts
    and
    based
    on
    their
    review
    of
    the
    hearing
    record,
    the witnesses
    noted
    certain
    typographical
    errors
    that
    they
    wish
    to correct.
    3.
    Joliet
    respectfully
    requests
    the
    following
