HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 2, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent continues to work on compliance at the site. The parties
are working with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency on the remaining issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 4, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
