HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 30, 2009, petitioner filed a motion to extend the stay of proceedings to
August 9, 2009. According to petitioner, USEPA has not taken action on petitioner’s
demonstration or petition, but they expect to take action within the next six months.
Petitioner further states that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency does not object
to the motion. The motion is granted. Petitioner’s stay is extended until August 9, 2009,
and the deadline for the Agency’s recommendation is extended to September 23, 2009.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
