    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On January 27, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The new permit will soon be issued for public notice.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 4, 2009. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    petitioner.
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
