HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 26, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is preparing some final written discovery for
complainant, and the parties will begin scheduling depositions. A hearing may be set at
the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 27, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
