HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 26, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent requested changes to the proposed settlement agreement.
Complainant’s attorney will discuss those changes with its management and the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 16, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
