HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 26, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The proposed settlement agreement will be filed with the Board as soon as it is
signed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 9, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
