HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2009, a telephonic status conference was held. The petitioners
represented that it intends to commence discovery and that the parties will submit a
proposed discovery schedule.
The respondent made an oral motion for an extension of time to file the record.
The petitioners had no objection. The record is now due to be filed on or before February
13, 2009.
The petitioners represented that they will file a waiver of the statutory decision
deadline to and including August 6, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 26, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
