HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 20, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner received a corrective action plan from respondent, and the
parties will discuss outstanding issues. At the next status conference, petitioner should be
prepared to discuss an additional deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 23, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently June 5, 2009.
