HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 21, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Since complainant’s inspector is still unable to access the site,
respondent’s attorney will try to get photographs and receipts to offer proof of
remediation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 19, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
