HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 20, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents were advised that if they do not have counsel by the
next status conference, they will not be included in the call. Complainant agreed to
resend the request to admit facts by certified mail. Respondents are further advised that a
response to the request to admit facts must be filed by an attorney within 28 days of
service, or the facts are deemed admitted.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 30, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
