HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 15, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. He parties represented that it appears a settlement has been achieved,
however, discussions continue. By agreement, the record is now due to be filed on or
before April 10, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on March 5, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss the above-captioned matter is filed before the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further order.
