HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 15, 2009, the respondent informed the hearing officer that the
complainant still intends to file a motion for summary judgment in the near future. The
respondent’s attorney also represented its client intends to be dissolved in the near future.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 9, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared
to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
