HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 14, 2009, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Complainant will send respondent a proposed
settlement agreement for review. Complainant’s attorney will not be able to file the
agreement with the Board until she gets her SAAG appointment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on February 18, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
