HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 14, 2009, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Again, neither party appeared. If the parties
are unable to appear at the next status conference, they are directed to contact the hearing
officer in advance with a status update.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on February 18, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
