I was looking at the COOL

site and there is some

error

since

on 5/27/2008 there is

an entry for

Interrogatories/Answers

for EOR which was

never received

here in Denver.

Also I would

like

to know

what

the

status of

the action is. There

is

to be a telephone

conference

on

Jan 20 2009. Neither

AET nor EOR have

at this time

an attorney in Illinois

and have

not

been

included

in any of the conferences

to

date.

Mr. Oneill withdrew

and

we have

not

been able

to

hire

another, therefore

what should

we

do?

Originally

the AG’s office wanted

to settle and we

went through

the process of officially

having

Mr. Oneill

file paper work for

AET and EOR

so that the action

that was filed

in haste (error) with

your office by the AG

could be dealt with.

However

for no apparent reason

the AG’s office,

through Mr.

Mankowski, changed

their

settlement position

and our

attorney resigned

due to what

he

referred to as

“shenanigans,

and

extortive

actions”.

We fully

believe

that there is no basis

for any action as detailed

in my

previous

correspondence.

Additionally handling

of the action

by

the

AG’s office

has so prejudiced

the case that

we cannot

hire an

attorney.

Please let me know

if there is something

we can do to mitigate

this action.
