HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 14, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Within the next week, petitioner plans to file a draft permit application that
addresses the issues raised during this appeal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on March 24, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is August 13, 2009.
