HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 13, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties agree that any responses to Fairmont Park’s affirmative
defenses and counterclaims are due by February 2, 2009. Any replies to the responses
are due by
February 17, 2009. The parties will begin work on an agreed discovery schedule.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 9, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
