HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 8, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not receive notice due to an incorrect address.
Complainant has prepared a discovery schedule which will be discussed with respondent
for the next status call.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 27, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
