HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 6, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner plans to file a motion for summary judgment soon, and
agreed to file a deadline waiver to August 20, 2009.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 9, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline is May 7, 2009.
