HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 7, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent reports that the property has been cleaned, and
complainant will send its inspector to revisit the site. The parties will discuss the penalty
amount.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:30 a.m. on March 10, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
