HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 7, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are waiting for the Board’s ruling on petitioner’s motion
for summary judgment. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver to July 23, 2009
within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 7, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently April 16, 2009.
