HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 7, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Mr. Jordan continues to recover from surgery, and his son has made
some progress at the site. There are still some larger items to be moved when the weather
improves.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:45 a.m. on March 10, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
