's process, the Complainants,
Joseph and
Victoria Morrissey would like to express a desire to keep to the schedule as much as

e. Summer is the period where the complainants
are most affected from the
noise referenced in our initial complaint. We, the complainants,
will continue to work
with the Respondents to follow the process, however, we will document all delays in the
event that this process is still ongoing after the summer of 2009
