HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 6, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. In light of the Board’s order on October 16, 2008, the parties plan to
meet to discuss outstanding issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
