HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 5, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have agreed to a penalty amount, and will begin drafting
the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on March 2, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
