HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 5, 2009, the parties reported that a proposed settlement agreement is
being circulated for signatures. The next status conference shall be cancelled with no
further notice if the agreement has been filed with the Board.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on April 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
