HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 5, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The federal case has not moved forward, and the parties are unable to engage in
further discovery. A hearing may be set at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
