HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 5, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Progress has been made on the joint federal and state global
settlement agreement, and the parties plan to meet to discuss issues that relate to Illinois.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
