HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2008, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule. The
discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. All written discovery must be
served on or before February 20. 2009. All responses to written discovery must be
served on or before March 20, 2009. All oral discovery, including but not limited to,
depositions and subpoenas

, must be completed on or before June 19, 2009.
All dispositive motions must be filed on or before July 20, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on January 29, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
