HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 16, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. By the next status conference, petitioner must decide whether to
go to hearing no later than February 7, 2009, or file an additional deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on January 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is May 7, 2009.
