HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 15, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent has cleaned the site, and complainant will send
respondent a proposed settlement agreement. Complainant’s attorney will not be able to
file the agreement with the Board until she gets her SAAG appointment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:15 a.m. on January 14, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
