HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 16, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent received instructions from complainant’s inspector,
and hopes to finish the work by the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:00 a.m. on March 25, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
