HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 16, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney will send a proposed settlement
agreement to respondent, but will not be able to file it with the Board until she gets her
SAAG appointment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 28, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
