with the hearing officer. Respondent is reviewing complainant’s most recent settlement
offer. By the next status conference, the parties should know whether settlement will be
possible or whether a hearing will be needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 23, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
