HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 15, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement as to the language of the proposed
settlement agreement, and are directed to report at the next status conference whether signatures
have been obtained.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 7, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
