HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On or about December 3, 2008, the hearing officer received a letter from the
complainant requesting a telephonic status conference be scheduled so that discussion
can be heard regarding the status of the above-captioned matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on January 8, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. The status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance.
