HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 8, 2008, the complainant informed the hearing officer that its
expert witness will not be able to be disposed until early January 2009. Complainant
represented that respondent is aware of this situation. To that end, the parties discovery
schedule will be revisited at the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on December 22, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
