HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 8, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The settlement agreement is being circulated for signatures, and
should be filed before the next status conference. The parties agree that respondent’s
deadline for answering the complaint is suspended until further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 8, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
