HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 1, 2008, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney advised the hearing
officer in advance that he would be unable to attend, but reported that the parties continue
to work on language and terms of the settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on January 12, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
