HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 1, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioner agreed to file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this
appeal by
December 15, 2008, and respondent does not object.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
