HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 1, 2008, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney advised the hearing
officer in advance that he would be unable to attend, but reported that he continues to
wait for discovery documents from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:30 p.m. on January 5, 2009. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the complainant.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
