HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 1, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic pre-hearing
conference with the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is completing a
narrative of testimony in hopes of streamlining the hearing scheduled for December 10
and 11, 2008.
Respondent’s motion requesting additional time to file its exhibit list, filed
November 21, 2008, was granted. The parties represented that there are no outstanding
issues and are ready for hearing.
